Charge is seeking driven, team oriented individuals who are looking to grow their knowledge and careers in Business Analytics.

Director of Corporate Services and the Analytics Manager


Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting operations and leadership in their reporting needs. The successful candidate should be familiar with knowhow of advanced Excel and PowerBI. (Foundation/HCSS experience a plus)

The duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Financial Month End Reporting
  • Credit Card Analysis Reporting
  • Resource Capacity Report
  • Monitor In-Take Requests/Liaison between requestor and project controls
  • Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements
  • Data gathering, cleaning and auditing/quality checks to ensure utmost accuracy
  • Keep Source Data up to date with imports (Estimated Costs/Revenues)
  • Identifying any problems with the current business model; Offer solutions to improve upon current processes
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business Admin, Computer Science, Data Analytics or any related field.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with key stakeholders and communicating progress as well as presenting final deliverables
  • Experience with appropriate software tools (Outlook, Power-BI, Excel, HCSS)
  • Ability to work with others, a self-starter with results-driven focus.
  • Extensive knowledge in query capability
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
  • In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail
