This project relocates overhead electrical lines underground in preparation for California High-Speed Rail Authority’s construction package 2-3, a 60-mile stretch within the counties of Fresno, Tulare and Kings. VPI installed conduit and vaults at various locations where the High-Speed Rail right away intersects existing infrastructure. Work included collaboration with multiple state and federal agencies, as well as other contractors performing work on the HSR project.
