Reporting Structure

Reports to SR Program Manager

Expectations:  Tactical Responsibilities

  • Organize invoices by project manager/company (VPI/VPC)
  • Batch invoices from the AP e-mail to a centralized location
  • Scan/attach approved invoices
  • File AP aging and paid invoices
  • Audit AP aging
  • Pull AP invoices for check runs
  • Monitor and print receipts for CC Statements
  • Print transaction listings to each invoice batch
  • Help with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the department and operations


Expectations:  Standards

  • Must be able to work 40hrs p/week
  • HS Diploma
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Solution driven
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Learn our processes, learn our contract- see through all our invoicing needs

  • Employees will respect each other’s time, space and need for concentration. Socializing and interruptions must not impede workflow
